Emergency Repair Scheme for Tetrafluoride Pipeline Faults in Sudden Circumstances

Every industry in our country has the preparation of emergency measures for the emergence of emergencies. Emergency repair methods for tetrafluoro pipeline products in case of different faults can be referred to the following.

Binding method: It is suitable for emergency repair of tetrafluoro tube rupture under 16 MPa pressure. The specific method is to coat the rupture of the tetrafluoride pipe with one of the common glue used in the construction machinery mentioned above. Wrap 2-3 layers of oil-resistant rubber with 2-3 times the length of the ruptured part (each layer should be coated with glue); bind the oil-resistant rubber with 12 wire until it solidifies.

Bonding method: When the pressure of the hydraulic system is between 25-8.0 MPa, the tetrafluoro tube can be broken by the bonding method: wipe the tetrafluoro tube around the rupture, and coat the rupture of the tetrafluoro tube with anaerobic, epoxy, 801 or 502 glue (the length of the glue is about 2-3 times the length of the ruptured part). 4-5 layers (each layer should be coated with glue) are wrapped by laminating tape or canvas strips. The ends of the wrapped canvas strips are tied to a knot, which can be used after solidification for 15-20 minutes.

Transposition method: In hydraulic system, tetrafluoro tubes of the same oil pipeline have the same specifications, but they bear different oil pressures. Most of the broken tetrafluoro tubes are tetrafluoro tubes with high oil pressure.  Accordingly, the transposition method can be adopted: the broken tetrafluoroethylene pipe can be simply bonded or bundled, and the tubing of the large and small chambers of the boom cylinder can be used interchangeably (i.e., the unbroken tubing can withstand high pressure, and the damaged tubing which has been simply bonded or bundled can withstand low pressure).

Bone-setting method: When the rupture of tetrafluoride tube is large or about to break due to the action of external force (shrapnel breakdown, extrusion rupture) or system overload, bone-setting method can be adopted: the rupture of tetrafluoride tube can be cleaned and the ruptured part can be removed, and the self-made steel "bone-setting" can be inserted into the cut tetrafluoride tube. Use self-made steel plate clip to clamp the hose and the "connector" tightly. Clean the hose and use it.
