What are the matters needing attention in field installation of lining tetrafluoro pipeline?

Tetrafluoride-lined pipes are not easy to grow microorganisms. They are ideal pipes for transporting acid, alkali, salt, corrosive gas and other media. Food grade polypropylene lining, can be used in food, medicine and drinking water professions. Product features of PTFE-lined pipeline: wide application range, complete standard varieties; common production process; reliable and convenient connection method, perfect and beautiful external corrosion prevention method; reasonable wall thickness description of outer welded pipe; reasonable wall thickness of inner plastic pipe to ensure diameter; excellent corrosion resistance, energy saving and environmental protection.

After the basic experience of PTFE-lined anticorrosive equipment has been qualified, the surface of its foundation is cleaned up, the equipment is hoisted in place, and several sets of temporary iron pads are used to support the machine for alignment and leveling. After checking the qualified bolts, grouting the holes of the bolts. When the concrete reaches 75% of the design strength, the water will be used to flush the foundation surface where the formal iron cushion is placed and remove the accumulated water. According to the size of the gap, a certain amount of mortar is accumulated in this position, and the matched pad iron group is placed on the mortar. Then the inclined iron is pushed both inside and outside to extrude part of the mortar. The mortar around the cushion iron is maintained after touching a 45 degree slope. When the concrete reaches 75% of the design strength, the temporary gaskets are removed and adjusted with the formal gaskets. The installation accuracy of the equipment is checked. At the same time, the gaskets are tightened and fixed by spot welding between the gaskets, and the anchor bolts are tightened.

1. Connection Mode of Lined Tetrafluoride Pipeline

First of all, flange connection is the connection mode. Flange connection must be used to ensure the safety and sealing performance of pipeline in some operations such as no tapping after pipeline lining. Proper use of looper flanges can avoid many incorrect holes in installation.

2. Length of Lined Tetrafluoride Pipeline

Its length is limited and the standard length of a single tetrafluoroplastic pipe is usually 4.2 meters. That is to say, when we design the pipe, the length of the pipe can not exceed 4 meters. For example, in the design of 100 meters straight pipe, we can divide it into 25 pipes whose length is 4 meters.

3. Tolerance of Lined Tetrafluoride Pipeline

As we said above, the length of the lining is 4 meters, so the length of the pipeline will produce more connections for a long time, and there will be tetrafluoro sealing surface at each connection. For example, if a 100-meter pipeline is designed to be connected according to a 100-meter steel pipe, the length will be longer than 100 meters, so I will connect the straight pipe to the straight pipe at the whole pipeline connection. We need to consider 6mm connection size, 15mm connection size for straight pipe to elbow or tee connection, 20mm connection size for elbow to elbow or elbow to tee connection. In this way, the pipeline designed by us will not produce large errors when it is installed on site.

4. Diameter of Lined Tetrafluoride Pipeline

Its diameter problem usually occurs in small diameter (less than DN32) straight pipe and (less than DN65) three-way elbow; for example, we require the diameter DN25, so when choosing steel pipe DN25, it is not possible to use DN32 steel pipe and DN25 flange welding to ensure the diameter. Similarly, DN25 elbows or tees need to be welded with DN32's diameter and DN25's flange. The larger type of steel pipe is used to ensure that the diameter prototype flange is connected.
