Description:

The rotary compensator is composed of variable diameter pipe, inner sleeve, sealing seat jacket, flexible graphite filler, nut bolt spring combination and packing cover, and is equipped with corresponding balls. Rotary compensator is made by pressing the sealing material with a press first, which requires not too dense density and maintains plasticity. Then the N-ring of the packing ring is put into the packing chamber to add some ingredients to retard oxidation. Then the packing ring is formed twice under a certain pressure (the strength and uniformity of the hydraulic press are better than the manual wrenching process), so that the packing rings can be merged into one, so as to improve the density of the packing. The sealing performance of the filler is better and the product is guaranteed not to leak in 15-20 years.

With the development of urban industry, thermal pipelines and petrochemical pipelines have been updated day by day. Use and Installation of Rotary Compensator

1. This compensator is specially used for pumping vessel pipelines. When welding, grooves should be made at the pipeline joints. After welding, pressure vessels should be inspected, and hydraulic tests should be carried out. Sealing and pressing components should be adjusted to be leak-free during the tests. The forces of each component should be the same, and the spacing wrench is the best choice.

2. The suspension bridge bracket is designed and installed. In order to ensure the lateral displacement of pipeline, the compensator is generally installed near the suspension bridge bracket. The guide bracket should be installed on the movable side. Fixed bracket must be installed at the pipeline turning.

3. The insulation and waterproof structure of the compensator can be the same as that of the pipeline, but it can not bind the expansion pipe.

4. The compensator can be installed at any temperature. Without pre-tension or pre-pressing, the casing will not loosen, such as loosening the compression bolt.

Structure and Characteristics of Rotary Compensator

The variable diameter pipe will produce eddy current and flow resistance in the heat network pipeline, which will affect the flow rate, flow rate and pressure of the pipeline, and the error of the size and shape tolerance of the interface is large, so it is difficult to guarantee the welding quality of the pipeline. Therefore, the series of products of the company's non-thrust rotary compensator have changed the interface of the variable diameter pipe to be in line with the pipeline formula diameter. Scope of use of rotary compensator:

Rotary compensator is suitable for all kinds of pipelines (such as straight line, corner, parallel and ground over to overhead, etc.). Its function is to compensate the displacement of pipeline caused by thermal expansion and cold contraction.

1. Provide nominal diameter, working pressure, working temperature, compensation amount, fluid medium and required product type and quantity;

2. Provide material requirements for takeover: According to the use and design parameters, the material is generally the same as that of pipeline (20 # or Q235B), which can be customized if users have special requirements;
