Nowadays, pipelines are inseparable from people's lives, especially high temperature and corrosion resistant pipelines, which have outstanding performance in the application of steel lined tetrafluoro pipeline equipment. Moreover, the corrosion resistance and other properties are very outstanding, but the problems of steel lined tetrafluoro pipeline are not noticed in time when it is applied, which often leads to the damage of steel lined tetrafluoro pipeline. So, what factors can cause the damage of steel lined Teflon pipeline?

In fact, the damage of steel-lined plastic pipes is mainly caused by wear and tear. Wear mainly occurs in the direction change of three-way, four-way, elbow and other fluids, as well as in the 20-1000 mm straight pipes downstream of the valves (ball valves, butterfly valves are more serious). The opening and closing of the valves cause the fluid to change direction, which leads to the local erosion of the fluid on the pipe wall, resulting in pipeline damage.

Secondly, the actual use temperature is higher than the selected steel lined tetrafluoro pipeline, which causes the liner to fall off and shrink, thus blocking the pipeline passage, increasing flow resistance and affecting the material flow.  Pipeline manufacturer production quality problems caused pipeline damage.

According to the local professional producers of plastic-lined pipeline products, steel-lined tetrafluoro pipeline has good waterproof vapor seepage, chemical corrosion resistance and aging resistance, and is an ideal insulating anticorrosive material. It is important for steel-lined plastic pipes to inhibit corrosion under different conditions, especially when the general sterilization effect is insufficient. Especially for the preservation of fibers and wood, mineral oil, tannin, formaldehyde, toluene, butyl p-hydroxybenzoate, nitrofurfurazone derivatives or balsamic resins for biological specimens.

Steel lined tetrafluoro pipeline has high impact resistance. Rubber will deform under impact, absorb kinetic energy of particles, and then return most of the energy to particles in the form of rebound, which reduces impact force and greatly improves service life. Rubber lining can be formulated according to the need of wear resistance. It can be used in high wear environment. Its wear resistance is more than 20 times that of steel pipe, more than four times that of ceramics, and more than seven times that of similar rubber lining tubes. It can be used continuously for 15-40 years. At the same time, the selection of steel-lined plastic pipes is suitable for the needs of various pressures and plays a role in protecting the lining colloid.
